Woman who was making coffee and food was sick, coughing into her hands and shirt. I asked her if she was sick.

She hardly answered.

I told the cashier that the woman should not have been there if she was sick. The sick woman went over to a group of woman employees. As I left they started laughing out loud at me!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!

I am elderly and have a hard time walking. I even left a tip before all of this. The cashier forgot to take my money. I had to remind him!

I used to be a manager at 2 Dunkin Donuts.

My employees would NEVER EVER treat customers like this!!! I suggest you do not spend your hard earned money at the Dunkin Donuts in Ochopee, FL.

It is in a service plaza. Just a word to the wise!

I contacted customer service because I tried to use a gift card on the app and the remainder of the purchase on my debit card. The total was $20.74, and my gift card was for $20.

They charged my debit card for the whole purchase. I contacted them the day it happened and they strung me along for three weeks saying they were going to help me. I just wanted my debit card refunded and my gift card charged. They made me add more money to the gift card to accomplish this task, claiming I had to have the full $20.74 on the gift card.

The app only allows a $2 minimum. I let them know that it was all set to be charged and didn't hear from them for a week. When I did finally hear from them they asked for my card information so they can refund my card, I gave them my card information along with the gift card information. They replied saying that they cannot refund my card after a purchase has already been made, even though literally minutes before they said they were going to do it.

Also how can you refund someone before a purchase is made? That doesn't even make sense. After a purchase is the only time a refund would be required. I pointed out that I was told the exact opposite and sent a screenshot of them telling me that they will refund the debit card and charge the gift card.

They responded back with the same response, they can't do it. So they made me wait three weeks, lied to me more than once, and made me spend more of my money just to tell me they're not going to help me.

Awful customer service. I had such a simple request and they refused to do it, lied to me, and wasted my time.

Went to a DD on southbound I95 between exit 21&22 in Connecticut, around 10 pm on 12/10/23 through a heavy rainstorm, for some coffee. I had been driving for a while and needed coffee to keep me alert.

The girl was doing something, so I waited (didn't say a word). She said shell be right with me so I said okay and waited. She then came to the register and tried to sign in but had some trouble clocking in, so I waited again, not saying a word. She was on the phone with, I assume, her supervisor saying she cant clock in.

Again I just waited, NOT SAYING A WORD! I took a deep breath, WHILE I WAS WAITING!! Because I was tired. Out of no where she came at me with an attitude saying shell be right with me, WITH AN ATTITUDE!

I said, I didnt say anything and she said you huffed.

I was just shocked and was thinking, okay. What just happened. All I did was take a breath and it wasnt even at her

This girl then ask what I wanted and I said medium hot with cream and sugar.

Her coworker came out because she made a new batch.

From what I see of the interaction the younger girl seems to not want to step on her toes.

Dunkin Donut.. you need to train your leaders to not chew out a customer if they themselves are having a bad day.
