Verified Reviewer |Bad service and quality
Left customer standing waiting to be helped while employees standing around. Even if youre a drive thru cashier you can still help out the front .
Food was given to me rude to point the potatoes fell out of bag onto counter. My three drinks was made not right to point the employee gave me attitude pit barely whipped cream on top no caramel or the caramel sprinkles on top. The drinks were so sweet to where me and my coworkers could not even drink them. and also my coworker said that her food was cold like it was old and stale.
It was an embarrassment.
They never had Dunkin Donuts and I told them how they were better than Starbucks cheaper and more good variety and this happened so they said that they will never try Dunkin Donuts again. Ill post a picture of the drink that we ordered and the way its supposed to look and I supposed to drink the way they gave it to me.

I went to get my son and me a coffee. I ordered two of the new Shaken Brown Sugar coffees.
The charge for two mediums was a little over $14. I looked at my receipt, and it charged me $1.40 for oat milk. It's automatically made with oat milk so why am I charged an extra fee? When I called the call center, the lady said I could have had regular milk.
I didn't know that because it wasn't offered to me as to which milk I wanted, and it rang up as oat milk. My coffee wasn't even filled up all the way. I will never go back to that store.
It was trashy-looking. They should tear it down and put a Crispy Cream there.
User's recommendation: Don't go there

Verified Reviewer |Overfilled drink
I went to the Lewistown, PA location. I ordered a large matcha, and it was so packed with ice that I was only able to get four sips out of it.
This does not seem to be the standard. As customers, we work hard for our money. So when I pay this much for a drink, I expect it to be a drink, not just ice. I'm not going back to this location.
It's a shame, it's right up the street.
I also had to wait in line for 10 minutes when there were only five cars. Bizarre.
- Slow and overfilled

AS SOON AS I CALLED THE DUNKINS REWARD CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE; MY ISSUE OF LOST POINTS WERE RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY ONCE I EXPLAINED THE OCCURRENCE.
THE ISSUE STARTED AS I DID NOT KNOW THE GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH WAS NOT TO BE PURCHASED THROUGH THE REWARDS PROGRAM.
Preferred solution: An indirect request that any Dunkins team treat every customer like his or her depends on the CUSTOMER FRIENDLY APPROACH
User's recommendation: The Dunkins at 98 Forsyth Street, NW did not tell me to call the REWARDS LINE, The team just categorically in an accusing tone that the grilled cheese was not apart of the rewards options. Very unprofessional towards me for a person who patronizes this location 6 days a week!!!!

Verified ReviewerDunkin Doughnuts Does Not Honor Coffee Gift Cards
It has been almost a week and no one at Dunkin Doughnuts has even had the courtesy tp respond. I would not recommend purchasing any gift cards from Dunkin Doughnuts since they may not honor them. Please remember this as you consider giving them as Christmas presents for family or friends.
We purchased six gift-card booklets a few years ago that were unused. Each contains 10 coupons for a large cup of regular hot coffee.
We paid for these gift cards at Christmas. The problem is no Dunkin store will accept the gift cards because they say the cards are no longer in their register computer options. How can we use these gift cards we paid for? A picture of the gift-card booklets and the response from Customer Service is attached.
I should also mention that none of these cards or coupons contains an expiration date.
They also show the gift-card serial numbers, so you can confirm they were not used. It is a shame Dunkin Donuts has all of our money and they will not refund it or enable us to use the coupons we paid for.
- Good coffee taste
- Long waits
- Do not honor gift cards for coffee
Preferred solution: Honor all coupons each for a large cup of coffee
User's recommendation: Don't purchase gift cards for items

Verified ReviewerFound a toenail in my coffee.
I buy a cup of coffee everyday at a local Dunkin Donuts. One morning I opened the lid to my coffee and discovered a toenail floating in it. I would like to see what Dunkin support is willing to do to rectify the situation.
- Great coffee
- Disgusting item found in coffee
Preferred solution: Full refund
I am trying to update an email of a gift card I sent and it's impossible. There is a help screen on the internet but it doesn't work. I am out the 15 dollars and the person cannot receive the gift .
The customer service doesn't work for the online gift cards . Don't bother to invest in sending gift card. If you need to edit the information you won't be able because the help desk doesn't work
User's recommendation: Don pur base Dunkin online gift cards

Verified Reviewer |Incompetent Customer Service
My husband & I stopped at the Dunkin in Sevierville TN on Dolly Parton Parkway for donuts & I needed a restroom. We intended to buy a dozen.
When we came in to the business we were greeted by a young lady who was running back & forth from the desk to the drive through. It was around 8:25PM and the selection was limited. I asked where the restroom was and was told it was not available because it was being cleaned. I said, Youre kidding me, right?
She said, Im sorry but there are chemicals being used so we cant let you in. I have never encountered this situation before. I told my husband that I had to go back to our vehicle. He bought a couple of the leftover donuts for himself and we had to go find a restroom for me.
Since there was one person dedicated at the time to cleaning the restrooms, why was I not offered the other restroom?
This error in judgement cost them business that day and forever. Our son lives there and we visit him several times a year. The loss of our money isnt going to bankrupt them, but Im sure others will encounter this incompetent level of customer service and it will show eventually.
I contacted corporate and was told the franchisee would contact me in 2 business days. Nothing so far.

Verified Reviewer |Worst Manager Ever
Nivin Megaly works at Dunkin' Donuts/Dunkin in West Caldwell, NJ. The location stated at the bottom is incorrect unless it says West Caldwell, NJ.
Everyone except the manager, Nivin Megaly, might come off as nice but don't be fooled. She will treat her employees terribly and is only nice to them when she needs something. She's disingenuous. Additionally, she may ridicule you, she may refuse to assist you unless she feels like it, and she may not engage in communication with you.
She also might abuse her authority and fail to inform you about your employment status or the reasons for your dismissal. She is irresponsible and deceitful.
She should not be in a managerial position. If you're considering employment at Dunkin, I discourage you from applying here.
User's recommendation: As long as she is manager, do not get a job here.

Verified ReviewerJust horrible
I visited the Dunkin at 7165 Peach St, Erie, PA today, 8/19/24. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a large, less ice, Chai Latte, which cost almost $7.
When I got to the window, the girl handed me my drink, and it was about 2 inches from the top of the cup. I asked where the rest of my $7 drink was. The answer I received was, 'since you asked for less ice, this is how much you get.' I replied, 'seriously?' and the girl laughed and closed the window. I pulled around, parked, and went in.
The girl at the counter started telling me the same line before I even reached the counter. She added that there was nothing they could do about it. I then called the customer care line, which proved to be worthless. Supposedly, the manager of that store will call me back in two business days.
I often visit several different Dunkins in my area, and I've never not received a 'full' order. I will not be patronizing that establishment anymore.

Verified BuyerRACIST UNTRAINED WORKERS
They hire high school workers, who dont give a single *** about their career: the workers sit and converse all day, when a customer is unhappy with the drink they half way filled, they refused to re make it or contact the manager. instead began harassing and threatening me, a paying customer.
They threatened to call the police on me and started making up nonsense saying i threatened them because i asked to speak with the manager?
absolutely ridiculous, NORTHFIELD OHIO DUNKIN is also known for putting bleach in your food and drink! i have personally been sent to the ER because of this, Bleach damaged my stomach and intestine lining causing 7 months of stomach issues after a visit to this location

Verified Reviewer |App stealing money from me
on several occasions, I pre-order through the app and the Dunkin' Donuts product is not available or a machine is broken. In fact, the latte machine at this Dunkin' Donuts has been broken for weeks.
Every time they say service is scheduled and next time I order a latte through my app, pay for it go to pick it up and I cannot, get the product because they don't have it. They tell me they cannot refund me the money I paid through the app because the app is controlled by a third party. store manager tells me I must to go through the app to request a refund for goods not provided. I call and call.
I contact the app customer service - no resolution. Probably lost near $100 at this point. the manager doesn't care. They can't give gift cards.
They can't give vouchers. They can't give refunds.
This is insanity. Not to mention illegal and i'm super frustrated and disappointed.
User's recommendation: never use the app, preorder, or prepay. unfortunately, this is a huge inconvenience and a lot of times you're just gonna go to Starbucks instead because it's so much easier

Still waiting to receive a call
I went and ordered a $5 special they had at the drive through. I had asked for my normal senior discount.
When I got to the window, she asked for $12.57. She said because I asked for the discount, it removed the special. I asked if she could reimburse me and she replied, 'I already put it in.' She was polite and apologized, but wasn't helpful in getting me reimbursed. She seemed like a new employee.
I have, without exaggeration, been to Dunkin Donuts tens of thousands of times.
Please get back to me.

My managers? Sir, I do not work for Dunkin Donuts.
You are not on the Dunkin Donuts website.
This is a public consumer review site for anyone in the world to complain about any company in the world. I simply saw your complaint and having had that drink, I know that it automatically is made with oat milk and you should not have been charged extra.
The person I spoke with was the manager. She told me that the oat milk is an extra charge.
I told her it is made with oat milk and I shouldn't be charged for the oat milk. She said, "I can't control what the company does." I got the refund for my coffee but not for the other $1.40 I was charged for my sons coffee. That is no problem. The problem is your managers don't what they are doing and never offered me a resolution to the problem.
I will not go back to that store. I have had several people tell me they do not like that store.
It is automatically made with the oat milk, so you should not have been charged extra. The employee was probably new and made a simple human error.
Did the woman you spoke to not offer a partial refund or coupon? BTW: It's Krispy Kreme (not Crispy Creme).
