I stopped by this morning and I got a cup of coffee and food, the cover blew off the coffee and the whole cup ended up all over me. I got burned and the *** person couldn't even say was I ok, only it wasn't her fault.

I'm so pissed, I'm not a suing type of person, but where is common courtesy to humans? I'm covered in coffee and burned and she couldn't say anything other than not her fault. I won't be going back to a DD again.

I cant say why the cover came off only I've bought coffee for 20 years and never had an incident like this. A good share of the coffee pooled in my seat and you can guess what hurts to sit on tonight because of burns.
