The app often allows you to order things that are out of stock at the store. If you don't call and dial to customer service then you won't get your money back.

My husband & I stopped at the Dunkin in Sevierville TN on Dolly Parton Parkway for donuts & I needed a restroom. We intended to buy a dozen.

When we came in to the business we were greeted by a young lady who was running back & forth from the desk to the drive through. It was around 8:25PM and the selection was limited. I asked where the restroom was and was told it was not available because it was being cleaned. I said, Youre kidding me, right?

She said, Im sorry but there are chemicals being used so we cant let you in. I have never encountered this situation before. I told my husband that I had to go back to our vehicle. He bought a couple of the leftover donuts for himself and we had to go find a restroom for me.

Since there was one person dedicated at the time to cleaning the restrooms, why was I not offered the other restroom?
This error in judgement cost them business that day and forever. Our son lives there and we visit him several times a year. The loss of our money isnt going to bankrupt them, but Im sure others will encounter this incompetent level of customer service and it will show eventually.

I contacted corporate and was told the franchisee would contact me in 2 business days. Nothing so far.

I opened up a ticket last week after spending $21 on an order and the store at 1001 Cambridge Ave in Cambridge Massachusetts wouldn't fill the order because he couldn't find the receipt. I showed him my copy of the electronic receipt and he would not fill my order, he told me to put the order in again and spend another $21. Seriously what the *** kind of outfit are you guys running? I also want the name of the general manager or the owner for the store at 1001 Cambridge that shares the space with the Shell gas station. I spent a lot of money at dunkin' donuts over the years and now I'm going to your stores less and less.
