Someone did contact me from Dunkin but the issues is not resolved. They deleted the wrong account. I usually patron Starbucks now but will only go to Dunkin when its convenient.

Thank you for contacting me. I had called your customer service center a few weeks ago. My app kept saying my credit card was declined when I attempted to add to my balance. When I contacted the merchant (Discover) of my credit card, they said it was Dunkins fault, not theirs. The customer service person told me I had two emails associated with my account, and I was only allowed one. They asked me which one I wanted to be deleted and said they would send an email in a few days to confirm that. I did receive the email and told them which email to delete that was associated with the account, and they deleted the wrong one. I still receive the same error today (12/31) when I try to add money to my account.

Still have not returned to the business and will not...in my opinion...management has no understanding or knowledge of how to "put" fires out nor care for the customers...they get paid no matter what....

I placed an order for drive thru and when I got to Dunkin they said they never received my order. I showed them my order receipt from the app and they said it didnt matter if I didnt place another order I wouldnt get anything. They clearly gave my order to another customers. I placed another order and when they handed me the order it wasnt even what I ordered. I was sick of arguing with them so I just left. Im now charged twice for the same order that they messed up twice

Saturday morning I ordered a pumpkin spice latte which I never really liked this flavor before until I tried it about 2 weeks ago at dukin and I absolutely loved it. So this past Saturday 8/28 at 10:50am but to my surprise I didn't notice while I was occupied by my 3 year son excited about getting his hash browns from dunkin he calls them his "baby hash browns" but but the time we drove down the street and I went for a sip of my iced pumpkin spice latte I realized it was all white. Terrible Food

On 1/23/22, I purchased a dozen donuts from the Dunkin Donuts in Pleasant View, TN. The cost was exactly 12.01. I couldnt wait to eat them when I got home. Needless to say, we were very disappointed at the bricks in our box. The donuts were so hard even the microwave didnt help. My husband called them and was told that they get their donuts from a factory and not even every day so no telling how long they sat there before going to their store and waited on idiots like us to buy them. I have had donuts from there that were better so not sure whats going on but this is the last time I spend my money there. Alice Conklin

I was travel to Pennsylvania to new but I stop New Brunswick train station to some donast and all the food is was not fresh minis bagel plain is was green inside and the donut the testing is not fresh I cant can back I go every 3 months to nj o ny I call customer complaints and tell me to franchise person they going to send email but nothing I still has the food in my refrigerator I eat dunking donuts almost 4 times en the week en Pennsylvania thank you

Stale donuts, and I have a speech problem due to a stroke which the treated me like a retard

Worker does not want to work.

This is the 5th time I have come to Dunkin Donuts. The drive through was not being helped, i sat behind a car for 10 minutes when I pulled around to just go in and order my drinks i get to the front and the door is locked.

Its Saturday and its 4pm. Hours of operation for the location on US19 and Curlew are until 10pm. This is the 5th incident I have had with this location. No one has contacted me to resolve my other complaint and Im about to contact the better business bureau.

This is not right to treat customers this way.

Then to top it off there is no customer service open on weekends to call to try to rectify the situation there is no manager on duty. This one employee refuses to work and is getting paid to lock us out during business hours and taking forever at the drive through.

Preferred solution: Would like to be able to come and be provided service. Would like a manager on weekends to ensure employees are working. I had to come in when I was a supervisor to make sure employees were working.

Mobil ordered, but my order was not fulfilled due to lack of inventory. I already paid online. If you cannot fulfill my order, I should be able to CANCEL my order and get my money back. This is the 2nd time.
