Those who have grown up loving the fresh smell of DD coffee and the very dunkable donuts, are being scammed by a new wave of "unqualified" owner/workers at the various chains (New Jersey). The lack of courtesy, hygiene, and freshness is going to ultimately lead to the DD brand to lose its customer's loyalty. Why isn't there a standardization between franchizes? One DD can be good, and the next gives you yesterday's donuts. WHY? McDonalds doesn't taste different from NY to Paris.Please, can someone save us from the onslaught of greedy, illiterate, and rude workers. They just don't care. I have many Indian friends that are super-geniuses and I have the utmost respect for their people. But please do not bastardize our beloved DD. Leave it in the hands of someone who actually cares about DD. Resurrect Fred the baker!!!
