Three weeks ago I experienced one of the WORST examples of customer service I had ever experienced!! I went in to order some coffee and while I was waiting (which took forever), a female employee spewed out the "F" word.

I looked at her and said "do you always use that language in front of customers?". To top it all of the manager was standing right there! Instead of apologizing, the manager became defensive and belligerent and started yelling at me!! I walked away, but decided to go back and give them a piece of my mind when I heard them say "she doesn't want her coffee now?

Good! I couldn't believe my ears. Then the manager accused me of "getting in her face", how is that even possible being on the other side of the counter????? To make matters worse, because these DD's are privately owned, trying to get ahold of upper management to complain was not a simple task.

I finally got a hold of an area manager and she apologized and promised to send a GC. A week later and I still hadn't gotten the GC, I called the store. The manager said the area manager would call me and she never did!!

Horrible experience from the employees and upper management!!! I received three free medium drinks which I sent back!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

So we are clear, you are upset because someone said "frappe"? If you were dissatisfied with someone using such an offensive term, you should have left the store and spent your hard earned dollars elsewhere.

But, what did you do instead? You, by your own admission, returned into the store as an aggressor to continue a confrontation that could and would have ended if you had simply left. I can only imagine how polite and eloquent you were when stating your dissatisfaction to the manager. I'm sure she wanted you to just shut the frappe up.

You are further discredited about wanting something for nothing when you were allegedly offered a gift card and had not received it. You sure didn't mind calling these horrible people back to check on that! But, when they generously sent you a voucher for three medium drinks, you suddenly developed a sense of moral firmness to which you sent back with a shoddily written letter about how you have such big keyboard muscles. Well, congratulations!

You sure showed them!

And, at least your letter served the purpose of warming up the shredder of the low to mid level manager that likely ended up with it at its final destination. I hope you understand that the individual received it likely did not even give one frappe about it.
