Poor service at Dunkin Donuts in Forks Township PA

What a terrible place Dunkin Donuts has become. This complaint is about the Dunkin Donuts in Forks Township PA, right outside of Easton, PA. This morning I called to complain about not getting the right coffee - again - and I had an employee tell the manager that "a complainer" was on the phone. When the manager got on she was no better mannered nor evolved than the employee. The only reason I went there is because it's close to my home and convenient, but I will never go there again. From talking to other unhappy D.D. customers and reading this forum, I realize that the only retaliation is to stop rewarding this place of business with my business.
