2 sales girls, one on the phone the other helping a customer, i watched this girl on the phone falling a sleep after 10 minutes the other girl helped me, so I said wow you need some help in here whats wrong with her, the girl said oh she does not feel well. a guy from dunkin donuts came in and she got right off the phone to get her coffee, but did not aknowledge me as I stood there ten minutes I I went in because my bracelet that my son had bought for x-mas had broken al least 4 times all I wanted was it be replaced,the girl helping had trouble find my sons name,so the other girl came over and started looking for it, she turns tome and says is this under warrenty I am not sure she said well I thought I was looking up the warrenty, she told the girl to get another bracelet but then there were no more and now she wants me to pay $45.00 to get this fixed I think that is crazy my son gets all my pieces in this store, Ican't believe that I would have to pay $45.00. Please help me out
