Product : Low fat blueberry muffins.
Complaint : Repeatedly getting hair in the muffins.
This is the second time in a week i have had hair in a muffin from the D&D in Medway, ma. It seems to me thay have someone there who doesn't care about food prep ( or hair nets for that matter ).
If muffins are made in the store then this is a singular problem.
If they come prepared some central processing plant then this is a huge problem (or i'm just really unlucky these days!). Any one else seeing this in the MA area??

It is bad enough that you treat other's like crap(based on your letters) but to teach your child to do the same. This proves you are not a good parent teaching your child right from wrong. It would be a shame if your child grew up to be like you. |
| 2. Written by complain265, on 29-03-2008 14:30 One time at the Dunkin Donuts inside my local Walmart, I bit into a crunch donut and there was a hair baked inside it!! Gross! I told them and they replaced it but I never went back there.Also, before that incident, I took my child there and she got a sprinkle donut and got some sprinkles on the floor. The manager told us, the customers,to clean it up! We didn't clean it up, since we are not their employees,but the next time we went there, he told me not to have my child make a mess!! HOW RUDE! |
