Everyday for about 2 weeks the idiots at the Dunkin Donuts in Clifton, NJ on Clifton Avenue got my order wrong. The last straw was when 1 of their employees had the nerve to get nasty with me after she lied to me about not having fresh lemon. I ask forr my tea a certain way everyday, and I guess they don't like to make "special" orders. I now go out of the way to another DD just so I don't have to see the idiots at that DD. Companies need to train their staff better, especially in the customer service department.

Wow...I don't get why the hostility if this guy is just asking for his tea a certain way or some fresh lemon. DD is lucky that with this economy they are still getting customers that can EASILY make their own tea or brew some coffee at home and save money. We don't ask for much that they get the order right and have decent customer service...

Lay off the crap! If you want to drink tea then buy a water cooker and make yer own! I do at work and it's a lot cheaper and I can let it brew as long as I like.  

 

Instead of *** and whining FIX THE FREAKING PROBLEM! The problem is not the people who work there. The problem is with YOU!  

 

Think! It's not only for smart people anymore!
