The Dunkin Donuts on McClurgg Ct. in Chicago's Streeterville neighborhood blows! They're customer service is absolutely horrendous and they're products are consistently inconsistent.

I have been going to this location for two years and get the same thing everyday - a skim latte. The C-Team staff they have working now cannot make the drink for the life of them (barely any milk and too much foam) and they act insulted when you ask for it right.

I'm done with Dunkin Donuts. I actually like their coffee a lot better than Starbucks, but I cannot put up with the idiocracy any longer.

hmm the way this person posts and how long it took him to figure a simple problem out tells me he could buy the best machine in the known universe and he'de still mess it up.

For all the $ you've wasted on those idiots...you could have purchased your own coffee/capp maker and done it yourself! At least then you would know it was made properly!
