Cold toasted bagel, poor customer service

Dunkin Donuts complaint
I went to the Dunkin Donuts drive thru located in 2500 Nazareth Rd. Easton PA around 6:20 am. I ordered a toasted bagel and ice coffee. What I got was a cold toasted bagel and hot coffee. I made them aware nicely that I ordered ice coffee not hot coffee. They took back the hot coffee and wants to charge me for the ice coffee, I refused to pay them again. After a long arguement about this, they finally gave me the ice coffee in a rude way and telling me not to come back there. I believe that before hiring an employee, they should be trained how to treat customer with respect. And able to provide quality food for their customer
