Dunkin' Donuts in Philadelphia is a joke. It makes me wonder if the stores are all owned by the same person/people.

DD Customer Service is terrible. I was on hold for 10 minutes and the person I spoke with told me that they couldn't provide me with a Regional Manager's name or contact information. Something is being hidden here; any other restaurant wants you to speak to a manager to make things right, and it bothers me that they hide the identity of the managers.

A huge complaint of mine is that none of the stores provides mayonnaise as a condiment. You are never asked if you want additional condiments such as ketchup or salt and pepper. This has happened at *every* store I've visited in the City of Philadelphia, including those outside of Center City.

Few employees speak English, and they do not post signs when they run out of items (even though they should not run out of signature items, such as Flatbread Sandwiches). I can appreciate wanting to have a diverse workforce, but if you don't know what "blueberry" means, you should not be working at the coffee counter.

I have had no problems with DD in other states on the East Coast. Is there some kind of curse on Philadelphia? Why doesn't DD pay any attention to the complaints they receive, and provide better acknowledgment to consumers who take the time to leave feedback?

Do you not have bigger things to worry about than DD not having mayo? What item would you even use mayo on? You clearly need to get a life.
